Sequential treatment of Infected Gangrene & Diabetic Foot Ulcer using KOTSZR CA+Ag (For removal of infection) followed by KOTSZR CMC (For expediting granulation).

Time Duration – 15 Days

Initial 3 days dressing was changed after every 24 hours, post that the dressing has been changed after 48 hours.
